1974 Kawasaki
KX 125
Yes this is a 1974 Kawasaki KX 125. This was the final year
of the 125 with the rotary valve engine. This bike flat out
flew in its day. Joe Abbate did the restoration on this bike
for Joe Allsop. He did a complete and very nice job on this
bike. Joe Allsop took delivery of the bike at Diamond Dons
in 2008. We saw it sitting behind Chili Pepper in the cook
tent keeping prying eyes away from it. We befriended Joe
and by Monday had the bike loaded and headed west. I hope
you enjoy these pictures as much as we enjoy the real
thing. These are very rare and very nice bikes.
